Laid back & in your face lol

Heh heee, you have the sickest sounding synths-luvin em. Great filterage. Suppose your using FL and that Syntrus synth er w/e that prog has-I dunno, dont use it lol

Maybe I should so I could bite your synth sounds-j/k

PLZ-make em longer songs, cuz I get pulled far into them and then its all over before I knew it. Suppose that could work for your advantage-Keep em coming back to ya!

Keep it wildstyle!

Syntrus responds:

I sure will keep it wildstyle

Drop dem basses

The kick drum sounded more like a dance thump -but it really doesnt matter-esp. when it is an "electrnoic hip hop" track :]

There is some good emotion in this-whoa-piano kicked in-REALLY good emotion in this. I dig the delay on the gtr sounding sytnh. Good panning on it.

The bassline which was most noticeable in the begining sounds crazy sick ;]

You and I are alike once again in that you sorta tell a story with your hip hop instead of leaving an empty beat that bores most everyone.

Another d/l and five my friend.

Syntrus responds:

lol sineweaver thx for the reviews

Hawt.

WHat genre thing? huh

NVM-cool song here. I like the beat during the breakdown especially. The bloopy synths are right up my ally. Cool saw pads :]I like the use of the piano-but some parts were a little too loud and it got muddy. Too bad this is so short.

I have always enjoyed your style!

Keep makin em, and

Keep it wildstyle!

Syntrus responds:

Thx

Solid track

Interesting intro.

The track seems basic but it definately has some complex elements to it. The transitions are smooth. Good groove to dance to for sure. Parts border line a darker edge.

Ice cold piano in there ;]

Sounds like you have the hang of Reason like a pro ;]

Keep it wildstyle!

PERVOK responds:

Thanks for the review buddy, it's been a while since I've seen you around.

I'm just starting to get used to the whole production-dealio with Reason, so I can say I handle it "comfortably". Not like a pro :P

Thanks again, I think I'll drop by your audio page.

I'll smash your fucking skull with a 5!

Nice metal bro! I agree with the last reviewer-there are some similar Pantera shit in the beginning. I dunno what equipment you are testing but the shit sound good! Nice double bass :] The recording sounds good-you do this in your basement, multi channels, any iso?

What kind of equipment WAS being tested?

Keep it wildstyle!
JAG

GoreBastard responds:

Thanks duuude.
Yeah, Pantera are my favourite band so it's hard to hide their influence sometimes!
I record it all in my bedroom. I used to use Cubase and a Guitar Port, but now I use a Tascam Digital 8 Track. There's about 3 guitar tracks, 1 drum track, 1 bass track and a lead guitar track. The solo sucks though! hahaha

Har har Wedding!

Lets all grab our chicks and have slow dance :} j/k

More bells in this one ( I am working down the list newest to old)

I like how you panned the beat, as it slowly drifts from one channel to the other. Alot of your music paints a sorta place in time. You create some dream-like sequences that just generate brevity in the moment. Nice breather I guess :]

Cool faded in-simple synth. Once again-good melodies to vibe too! Not much to nit pick :]

Enjoyed this one ;)

Buoy responds:

Thankses again! I`d like to return this stuff in a week or so when I have time.

:) :] :}

Ambience and bounce....

NIce heavy intro synths. Nicely gated, gives good rythem. I like how the hats sound filtered almost. It almost seems as tho the synths are a little over bearing.

Whoa! I can't believe it is over! It was pulling me in the whole time, but I never really felt like I got there/// Hmmm, still very nice to listen to. I am going to check out SBB's remix now-thanks to him I found this.

Good work!

Keep it wildstyle!
JAG

Karco responds:

Hey, beatmasterJAG, (what's with the name? :D) I suppose you're reviewing this because you found SBB's remix? Ha, it's really good, it more than does this justice. :P

Since this is such an old song I can't say that I have much to add... but that doesn't mean the review isn't appreciated! ;) Thanks a lot for stopping by, glad you like it. :)

Thump thump

Decent dance track. The piano stuff reminded me of something from Coldplay :] <---I hope thats not an insult...I am not much a Coldplay guy, so I prolly shouldnt even name drop.

What kind of workday would inspire this?! Maybe it was your desire to go hit the club and get loose.

Keep it wildstyle!
JAG

TMM43 responds:

Thanks for reviewing beatmasterJAG!
Reminds you Coldplay? That's not an insult, they have some good piano pieces! Thanks. :)
I wanted this piece to reflect a hectic day.
I wake up, its kinda slow (piano). Then I rush to make the train (The beat and start of synth). Sleep on train (slowdown after beat). Get to work, rushing around (beat and everything). Slow down for lunch (short beat and bass part). Rush to finish work/get on train (synths and everything). Long and slow ride home (piano fading out).
haha. That's what I wanted it to be like.

Again thanks for your review!

Lynchian persay?

Sounds like something from a David Lynch film: a little depressing, sort of spooky, and definately mysterious. It urges you to look and think beyond the face value of what your seeing and/or hearing..

Too bad it was so quiet...

~JAG

5/5 for a hand!

Cosmos8942 responds:

That is why we have volume control XD haha...but yeah...I thought it would sound worse if I had made it louder T.T. Never checked though =.=. Thanks for the review, and yes, depressing, spooky, and a bit mysterious was what I was aiming towards^^

Goose bumps = priceless

You could seriosuly give little kids nightmares with this one...they have the imagination you have the soundscape. Good rumbles, and rippling, rolling thingalings in the BG. Strange ominous harpsi synth thing kinda flutey with dissonance every now and then. I enjoy this here Audio by Rig. :p

Save this one for Halloween and throw a haunted house party :] ...in the basement....

Keep doing what you do bro!
JAG

Rig responds:

Will do! Thanks for the review. I'm trying to create more soundscapes, so look out for more ambi-weird pieces like this. haha

I have a degree in Recording and Engineering.........
so, what now!? I'll just make music...
