NIce drive!

After listening to the top five and then about 8 other tracks, I have decided this is prolly one of the best i have heard tonight-all though it has alot that needs to be fixed. The initial intro is what grabbed me and then the lead in-things sorta fell apart after that. The mix about 3/4 thru needs some tweakign on the lvls otherwise it has that techno rave element to it that makes me a little cheerful inside-which is a warm feeling after these last few weeks.

I'll bounce a five for the home team!

Gporev responds:

thanks for the kind words and for the pertanant criticism, i'll readly admit it needs some overhalling before its all well and good. I kinda gave up on the intro when making this cuz i couldnt get it to sound decent. But in either case thanks for listening.

Scratches

Did you do all the record scratching yourself? If so thats sick and I dig it! Otherwise after a small while the horns got to be a little much. And a well tuned bassline would have grealty augmented the song.

Keep it wildstyle!

BLEEDING!

Your crazy panned glitch 8-bit drums are causing my ears to bleed! Try subtle pans like 35% to 60% left or right!

-Sorry it was so painfull I had to comment!

Waggit responds:

Ummm i did tkin this was a problem, do u have surrond sound

True Originality?

I am curious-for I have the MIDI files for that video game and they sound quite a bit better in quality and mix and all-which makes me question if you attempted to regenerate the synth all on your own? If so you did a fairly accurate job, but if not then I am not at all pleased with your work. Frankly, I am quite stuck on the fence on either side of this dilema (as shown in scores I wasn't sure if you get a good score or not in Effort). Please respond and relieve me of my inquiries-I hope the best of answers. Keep ti wildstyle!

Waggit responds:

Where can u get midi file?

Sorry

Unfortunately I must agree with DinoHunter, but please take no offense. I just makes me wonder how some things do get on the list and some don't. My only true complaint about this peice is that yes it is a little repetitive. Take most of these reviews to thought and improve the skills-then you will really blow that vegso kids mind.

"Generic Title"

Well I finally got to hearing and reviewing your music, as I have seen you all over the forums. Its too bad your killing this account. I will have to keep my eyes peeled for the "NEW" you. This track is interesting, I like how it is dark yet it has that club feel to it. And then little silence while that the phasing synth is introduced is nice, makes the ears pay attention.

On to your others,

Sound. A wave that undulates with electro-magnetic pulses..

PERVOK responds:

thanks man, and maybe, if your interested, my new account name is
'TheBlackHawk2'
yeah i know...not too creative.
btw, if i come up with sumthin ill rename it :D

Yet another great track

I am now looping this one, I think it took me 12 minutes before I wrote a review. I love the bells. Surely this isn't the first song you ever made. And if it is WOW. Anyway, as I am finished listening to all your tracks I impatiently await for you to upload more!

In a better mood... ty

Revuen responds:

Thank you for the comment, I'm very happy you enjoyed it. No it wasnt the first song i made but it was my first submission. As for new tracks i have uploaded a few more and a new one earlier today.
Thank you again,

Loopty Loop

I have been looping all your files over and over, and it hasn't been killing my either...hmm :)

Thx for the music, this is all very interesting
I am definitely in one of those moods where "life asks you more questions instead of giving answers."

Drudging thru the crudd...

Revuen responds:

Well, i'm glad it didnt kill you. lol I am very happy you like my style of music. I wasn't sure if anyone would care to listen, but im glad i was wrong about that.

Co-existence?!

I like this track. You seem to play around with panning alot, as I noticed music weighing ehavier on one side of my head than the other-almost annoying until another instrument breaks in and balances out the whole peice. Not bad. I also noticed that you like to layer you music alot. I am not very good at layering a bunch of melodies, especially after I got something pretty already working together-that prolly comes from my simplisic habits of hip hop beats.

An for the dude calling COPTER an ass-take note that he marks zero for ODCE for everyone. I don't think he even cares to put the effort in-he prolly believes something against the whole system.

Tip toeing into the faded darkness before me...

Revuen responds:

Yes, i was really trying to layer this one out well enough that in a way the instraments wouldn't sound pleasing unless they were all playing in unison.
Thank you for the review.
